What we don’t do
We don't perform lab testing or sampling, and we don't carry clinical, blood, or restricted materials.
- NoOpen packages or handle sample contents
- NoFill, alter, or sign your chain-of-custody form for you
- NoCollect / sample water or environmental media on site
- NoMark a run delivered without pickup and drop-off records
- NoGuarantee lab acceptance, hold-time compliance, sample temperature, or test validity
- NoTreat "Delivered" as lab acceptance. Delivered means the drop-off photo and QR were recorded
Packages that appear unsealed or damaged may be declined without opening. We check visible condition only and don't verify contents or seal integrity.
