How it works

   Request a sealed run

   Email us your pickup site, drop-off lab, sample type, package count, and requested timing.

2. 2

   You pack, seal, and complete CoC

   You seal packages and fill your own chain-of-custody form. Built for sealed packages. We do not open them. The client's chain-of-custody form travels with the package.

3. 3

   Pickup records

   At pickup, the courier scans the run's QR label and photographs the sealed package. Packages that appear unsealed or damaged may be declined without opening. We check visible condition only and don't verify contents or seal integrity.

   In transit

   Confirmed runs get status updates by email.

5. 5

   Drop-off records

   At drop-off, the courier scans the run's QR label again and photographs the sealed package. Pickup and drop-off records are required before a run is marked delivered (drop-off photo + QR recorded).

Once runs are live, clients receive a Run record by email with timestamps, QR match results, and photos. A copy can go to the receiving lab at the client's request. The client's chain-of-custody form travels with the package. Sample Runner does not fill CoC fields.

Typical status path: Requested → Assigned → ArrivedPickup → PickedUp → InTransit → ArrivedDropoff → Delivered
